Where-used lists and editing locations and suppliers

A part’s Where-Used tab now lists the assemblies that use it. It shows direct uses, with the ECO that added the part, and uses through sub-assemblies, with the level, the path and the quantity per unit. If you can read production, it also lists the open build orders that will consume the part. Pick a revision to narrow the list. Each assembly links to its BOM.

Locations and suppliers can now be edited. On Inventory, the Manage locations panel has Edit, Deactivate and Reactivate. You can change a location’s name, kind and notes, and its code until something refers to it. A location cannot be deactivated while it holds stock or units, or while an open build order uses it, and the message says how many.

Suppliers have the same on the Suppliers page: edit the name, contact and notes, then deactivate or reactivate. Both pages hide inactive entries unless you turn on “Show inactive”.

Inactive locations and suppliers drop out of the pickers for receiving, transfers and new build orders. They stay in history and in filters.
