Lot inspections, recalls by revision, and unit actions

On the Quality page you can now record an inspection for a lot, not only for a single unit. Pick a raw part revision and a lot number. The page tells you whether the lot is now blocked or usable.

A lot whose latest inspection failed is blocked. It cannot be transferred or built into units, and its stock stops counting towards reservations. A passing inspection releases it.

A recall can now start from a part revision, for example a bad board revision, as well as from a lot or a supplier. It finds every unit of that revision, including spares in stock and units built or reworked with it, and the finished units they went into. Each result shows where the unit is now: its location, the unit it is built into, or its fleet, customer and site if it is in the field.

From the results you can select units and quarantine those still in stock, or open a rework order for each one. You can also export the results as a CSV.

Each unit page now lets you move, quarantine, scrap or release the unit, depending on its status and your role. Scrapping needs a reason and cannot be undone. A unit whose latest inspection failed cannot be released until a passing inspection is recorded.
